Exciting Advances in Underground Hydrogen Storage!

We are delighted to share how we have supported our client SEFE Storage GmbH with their initiative to assess the possibility of admixing hydrogen into the Rehden Underground Gas Storage (UGS) complex, aligning with the EU’s climate neutrality goals for 2050.

The team analysed 900 meters of core samples from 33 wells and selected the most promising plugs for further study of the storage and caprock properties.
